STORE POLICY
All plants are similar in condition and/or size to the image.
I recommend inspecting all plants during pick-up.
There are no cancellations on your orders once you have made it. There will be no returns or exchanges once the plants leave my property.
Returns with refund are possible if it falls under one or more of these conditions:
FULL refund possible for plants with pests or root rot within 2 days of pick-up.
All refunded plants must be returned to Mymosa, if not, you will be refunded 50% (not including sales tax).
All rare plants will only be refunded 35% (not including sales tax) if not returned to me.
Returns must occur within a week of request.
Refunds must come with proof of order and with proof that there are pests or root rot.
I am not responsible for your plants dying or having pest problems after 2 days of pick-up.
Pick up plants within 14 days, you will be charged $2 for each additional day and will not receive your purchase until that cost is paid. This is because I have to care for and maintain your plants after your purchase and I want to make room for new plants as soon as possible. :)
